FAQs About OBM Solutions and Streamlining Operations for Coaches, Practitioners & Small Business Owners

What is your pricing structure?

My services are offered through prepaid blocks of time, providing you with flexibility and adaptability. Rather than fixed-rate retainers or upfront project quotes, which may not account for the unique variables of each project, this approach allows us to tailor our collaboration to your evolving needs. While I do offer smaller, easily definable packages, the majority of our work will be customized to fit your specific requirements as they arise.

Given the variable nature of project timelines, there’s no need for you to feel pressured to utilize services unnecessarily. Instead, you can conveniently prepay for my time in advance and renew as your needs evolve. This flexible, tiered pricing approach ensures you receive the support you need precisely when you need it, without the commitment of a retainer.

Do you work with clients on individual, short-term projects?

Yes, I have a combination of long-term and short-term clients at all times.

Can I hire you for one-off scenarios?

Yes, I can step in to assist with one project, automating your workflow or setting up just one area of your business.

I’m overwhelmed and not even sure what I need, can you help me without much direction?

Yes, problem solving is my speciality. I have an innate ability to spot areas that need attention and require very little direction to take the necessary action to resolve pain points.

Help me understand why I should hire you?

Running a business is an intimately personal endeavor, and nobody understands your business quite like you do. Opening up your finances, workflows, ideas, and vision to someone else requires a great deal of vulnerability. I want you to know that I take this responsibility seriously.

When it comes to partnering with you, I offer more than just technical expertise, operational efficiency, proactivity, and strategic thinking. I also bring a deep sense of empathy and emotional intelligence to the table. In both my personal and professional life, I prioritize continuous growth and development, and I am committed to bringing that dedication to every conversation and challenge we face together.

Lastly, I consider myself to be resilient and resourceful. I have a scrappy attitude that enables me to protect your money and your business throughout our journey.

If what I've shared resonates with you, it could be a strong indication that we are well-suited and have the potential to create a mutually beneficial partnership. This opens up exciting possibilities for us to collaborate closely in the near future!
